So much to do so little time

Well I am off, I am leaving work early today so I can finish a painting and then it is time to pack. We are planning to leave for Winnipeg around 4:00 am on Thursday. I really want to get a good camping spot, and the sites are first come first serve. Anyways, that is what the craziness is all about. Also, on Sunday I saw Wilco in Duluth.

They were so awesome, totally rocked for a 2 hour set. Also, the Black Eyed Snakes opened for them. This is Low's side project. It was great to see the local Duluth band getting some credit.

I also apologize for the lack of knitting news. I hope to have more to report after my trip. I have actually been knitting, but nothing is finished yet. All the best. Here is the picture of my still life from class, this thing took me almost fourteen hours to paint.

great colours in your painting - and interesting details! I like the overall shapes too - they have a lot of impact visually.

Have a great trip!

I like your painting, especially the colors! I paint too and some paintings just zip along and others are a struggle.

Have a good trip!

Wilco was in Duluth? And I missed them? Waaahhh! We were in Ashland that weekend and we totally would've had childcare, too. Bugger.
